Why do we prefer to simply accept the inexplicable rather than daring to consider the obvious!

These days many draw comfort from the theory that most chronic illnesses are the result of an unfortunate gene lotto, rather than the less comfortable alternative that suggests these could be the net result of environment influences, brought about by questionable life choices!. The question science is yet to answer, which came first, “the faulty gene”“magically appearing” or could this simply be the result of environmental influences, contributing to the development of the first faulty gene?

Orthodox circles hold a strong belief that our future wellbeing relies on their ability to fix faulty genes that have been associated with a wide range of different chronic illness, while simply discarding the very principles of epigenetics that clearly demonstrates the short comings of this approach. (Read Bruce Lipton’s “The Biology of belief” if you wish to understand this subject more fully).

In a world where we are becoming ever more reliant on medical research, funded by organisations with a vested interest in maintaining the status quo, rather than exploring the idea that we all have the ability within us to change our health outcomes, simply by taking personal responsibility for our life choices.

Naturopaths are constantly being discredited in the media for daring to even suggest that influences like our agricultural and farming methods, pollution, reduced oxygen levels, stress and our dietary choices could be the route of many diseases. This activity is even more inexplicable when we discovered that these views have been demonstrated to hold great validity, as a recent trial clearly demonstrated that a vegan diet turned on more than 500 disease preventing genes, while turning off genes that are connected to the cause of breast cancer, heart disease, prostate cancer and many other illnesses.

Surely it’s time for science to review the less lucrative approaches to supporting the health and wellbeing of our civilisation.

Is the human race doomed to stay at the top of the endangered species listing?

13. July 2017 11:24 by Admin | 0 Comments

We all know we can’t change the past, however we should learn from it! Periodically, we need to take stock and reflect on the lessons learn't by the past, I believe that this is just such a moment. Its my hope that what you are about to view may re-waken our ability to rekindle a renewed optimism for the future health and wellbeing of our human race!

On occasions, we need to be brutally honest about what’s going on in our world, daring to ask uncomfortable questions about the role of some of the big multi-nationals and there unwholesome relationship with the establishment and our scientific communities, even if we are currently profiting from it. Almost daily we are reminded in the media about their boundless ability to flout our taxation rules, employment rights etc, if only it stopped there!

If you do nothing else this week please download and watch this video the will open your eyes in a truly empowering manner. Watch trailer now

Its concerning to note that these large multi-nationals seem to have turned their attention to the alternative medicine movement, starting by changing its very identity, from the alternative medicine movement to the less contentious terms of complementary or even integrated medicine.  This often comes with the view that disease is enviable, as its all predestine by our genes, which I and many other naturopaths see as a fallacy, we should resist this external interference to our professions core beliefs at all cost.

The need to keep an open mind!

30. June 2017 11:19 by Admin | 0 Comments

These days many revel in the impressive steps towards so called “evidence based nutrition” or as some would refer to it “distorting the evidence to accomplish a desired outcome”

It’s strange to me, but many naturopaths have long sought the recognition of orthodox medicine, however, I have always warned that this really shouldn’t be at any cost!

So what are the key obstacles?

At a core level naturopaths hold an innate understanding that all disease comes from changes within (as outlined by Antoine Béchamp), trusting that we possess all the necessary tools desired to rectify the concerns, given the correct environment for recovery.

A naturopathic view point:

We appreciate that a disease state is simply a situation at any one given point in time, with the capacity to both retard and progress, creating a natural resistance to any approach where there’s a sudden disappearance of the symptoms, or continued tampering, believing this can only be pushing toxins ever deeper into the body, potentially manifesting a more serious issue for later in life. This is why any naturopath worth their salt can plot a client’s disease picture and empower them with a possible route back to good health, as outline by Herings Law of Cure.  It’s also worth noting that many of these principles and a strong challenge to orthodox thinking has been achieved by the science of epigenetics

An evidence based approach:

More recently, one assumes, in an attempt to gain orthodox medicines recognition, there's been a desire by splinter groups, to develop a range of pseudo medical tests (many not excepted by orthodox medicine) designed to identify nutritional deficiencies, (assuming these are the route cause of disease) supported by restrictive protocols to treat people’s symptoms.  This is a model utilised by orthodox medicine, who believe in Louis Pasteur germ theory, believing that disease is caused by outward invaders that should be eradicated, which by its very nature is not holistic, even if you are claiming to use natural substances.  This approach lacks any core values or philosophy and therefore should not in our minds be considered naturopathic in any way.

It’s time to stop being scared by the unknown or unexplained and embrace our inner need to research the unknown, potentially unlocking an ability to learn so much more about our true potential and evolution.

For example

Cancer:  The mysterious miracle cases inspiring doctors

Somehow, she had healed herself of arguably our most feared disease. “Everyone was thrilled, and a bit puzzled,” Irvine says, with some understatement. “It shows that it is possible for the body to clear cancer – even if it is incredibly rare.”

Memory Transference in organ transplant recipients (could water hold a memory after all?)

An eight year-old girl, who received the heart of a murdered ten year-old girl, began having recurring vivid nightmares about the murder. Her mother arranged a consultation with a psychiatrist who after several sessions concluded that she was witnessing actual physical incidents. They decided to call the police who used the detailed descriptions of the murder (the time, the weapon, the place, the clothes he wore, what the little girl he killed had said to him) given by the little girl to find and convict the man in question

What makes a treatment truly naturopathic?

23. June 2017 15:59 by Admin | 0 Comments

These days the term naturopathic is bounded around by a wide range of health providers who want to associate their activities with an ability to work with natural rhythms that influence our bodies, for example the circadian rhythm, in a non-suppressive manner. Yet on closer inspection, we have to ask how many really live up to this esteemed label?

An example of this quandary is the controversial question; does our diet effect our health and do we need to supplement this diet?

The trouble with trying to answer these questions is that we assume there’s a simple yes or no answer, when the truth is a little more complicated.

To help us get into the subject deeper we need to revisit the great debate that took place between Antoine Béchamp and Louis Pasteur in the mid 1850’s. In this debate Antoine Béchamp demonstrated his theory that all disease comes from within and it’s our internal environmental changes that brings about the opportunity for disease (dis-ease) to progress, leaving the responsibility for our health entirely in our own hands, the science of epigenetics supports this theory further, while also challenging the gene theory. In contrast Louis Pasteur believed that all disease comes from an external invasion (the germ theory) and therefore these invasions should be simply eradicated, which often leads to rapid, sometimes impressive responses from the body, yet this approach also has the potential to weaken our natural immune reactions in the future. Orthodox gene theory, has the advantage of removing any self-responsibility for an individual’s health issues, as it suggests our destiny is already mapped out for us from birth, so simply sit back and enjoy the ride, none of this is your fault!

History shows that Louis Pasteur won the day and the support of big pharma who took his theory and created a multibillion pound industry based on this view. However, this view can never really sat comfortably with any traditionally trained naturopath, who by their very definition embrace the Béchamp theory of disease development and there are suggestions that this didn’t sit well with Pasteur at the end too “On his deathbed Louis Pasteur said "Bernard was correct. I was wrong. The microbe (germ) is nothing. The terrain (milieu) is everything."

If the answer is within us, how can we monitor and influence the progression of disease?

Naturopaths should follow the principles of Herings Law of Cure, which clearly demonstrates that to truly rid the body of toxicity (dis-ease or inflammation) illness must be seen to leave the body from the top to the bottom, from the greater organs to the lesser organs and in the reverse order in which they manifested. Therefore if a disease state suddenly disappears we should ask how it happened and where has it gone, more often it’s sent deeper into the cellular levels of the body.

These days nutritionists are all too often being attracted by pseudo medical tests, rather than relying on naturopathic observation, often leading to expensive recommendations that need constant tinkering, rather than addressing the problem that’s staring them in the face, open up the points of elimination, remove the toxins and the disease picture will reseed, as it did for the well-documented naturopath Professor Arnold Ehret”, who believed all disease was fundamentally down to consumption.

So how do we see disease?

Disease (disease) inflammation has several levels of manifestation:

Healthy / Dehydrated (creating stress) / Stagnation / Acute Inflammation / Chronic Inflammation / Isolation

As the toxins build up and become more challenging in their nature the cells start to change, through the 16 levels of cellular change outlined by Heinrich Kremer, from healthy “aerobic” cells (80% oxygen – 20% glucose), that can capture and hold light effectively, to the other extreme of the spectrum “anaerobic” cells that are (80% glucose and 20% oxygen) and are far less effective at converting light into energy, to produce ATP, (as low as 1;16th as effective) which is essential for healthy respiratory function.

Therefore the key question before recommending any nutritional regime or food supplement should be what environment is it going into?

The key question to address with the test tube theory:

#1        How well can they convert light into energy? (Respiratory function)

#2        What is the pH of body?

#3        How hydrated and stagnate are they? (Inflammation)

#4        What’s their core body temperature?

So when assessing a client, we first need a reliable system in which to evaluate a client’s level of disease manifestation.

This is where “The Wren gauge of the SIX stages of disease manifestation” comes in.  This simple to follow chart graphically demonstrates an easy to follow method of identifying which organs or points of elimination need to be stimulated in order to achieve an effective route back to good health, in accordance with the principles of Herings Law of cure.  A great guide for all practitioners and their clients.   The good news is that this chart will soon be available, to receive your free copy, simple register your interest in receiving communications from www.achemicalnutrition.co.uk and we will send you a copy as soon as its available!

What is every cell in your body telling you?

19. June 2017 12:04 by Admin | 0 Comments

The original naturopathic health providers believed that a disease state was simply a statement of where that person was at any one given moment, not a life sentence.

Historically naturopaths were trained that most disease is reversible and then empowered with the tools to plot the progression of a disease state, in accordance with principles of Herings law of cure, which clearly demonstrates that to truly rid the body of toxicity (dis-ease or inflammation) illness must be seen to leave the body from the inside out, from the top down and in the reverse order to which it appeared, always leaving via the larger organs first.  Yet sadly much of this essential understanding of how to eliminate disease has been removed from our nutritional training programs these days.

Many traditionally trained naturopaths believe in Antoine Béchamp theory of disease, in simple terms that illness is created from within us, and is influenced by our inner cellular environment, not as Louis Pasteur and orthodox medicine would have us believe it to be a simple invasion of bacterial from external sources.

Epigenetics is an amazing new science that clearly establishes that we do not have to be a victim of our genes.  This innovate science clearly demonstrates that our DNA is not the Holy Grail that defines our destiny while we inhabit mother earth, it’s simply the reproductive part of our cell. Whereas it’s the cell membrane (the clues in the name) that is constantly evaluating external cellular conditions, putting into action the much needed process to enable us to evolve successfully into our ever changing environments.

This research becomes more important to understand as a small number of nutritionist align themselves with orthodox approaches, viewing disease as an external invasion that should be diagnosed through pseudo medical tests and supressed by a range of ever more invasive nutrients, designed to trigger different reactions within the body, often resulting in responses beyond our understanding or compression.  Often leaving consumers reliant on an ever increasing number of nutrients, while feeling powerless to understand or believe in a process that could reverses the progression of their disease.

The importance of empowering our clients with a positive mental outlook is so often over looked by practitioners these days, yet it’s vital to the very belief processes we need to engage with to bring about a positive cellular healing opportunity, even the pharmaceutical companies are finding it hard to grapple with the ever increasing positive results demonstrated by the placebo effect in trials, surely it’s time to embrace our energetic being?

These points suggest that we really do instinctively know what’s right for us in every cell of our bodies, we just need to listen!    In reality all we need to do is to take care of our inner environment, aided by some simple fluid and electrolyte re-balancing and our bodies can take care of the rest of the healing process for us.
